Turkey Meatballs with Zoodles FAQs
Can I use different ground meat?
Yes, you can substitute ground chicken or lean ground beef for similar results.
How can I make the zoodles less watery?
After spiralizing, you can lightly salt the zoodles and let them sit for 10-15 minutes, then pat them dry with paper towels to draw out excess moisture before cooking.
Can I prepare this meal ahead of time?
You can prepare and cook the meatballs in advance and store them in the refrigerator. Zoodles are best made fresh, but you can spiralize them a day ahead and store them in an airtight container.
